during game play press L1,L2,R1,R2,up,down,left, right,L1,L2,R1,R2,up,down ,left,right

Money, Armor, Health. (It also fixes your car's.)
R1,R2,L1,X,LEFT,DOWN,RIGH T,UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP.

Repair any car for free
drive your car to CJ's house and park your car in the garage. Get out of the car and walk out of the garage and allow the door to close. Reenter the garage and the car will be repaired

Spawn Stuntplane
Circle, Up, L1, L2, Down, R1, L1, L1, Left, Left, X, Triangle

Spawn Hotring Racer #1
While playing a game, press R1, Circle, R2, Right, L1, L2, X(2), Square, R1. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

when you see a prostitute while your in a car, beep at them. They will ask you if you want to have a good time.On the dpad press left for negetive response,or right for positive response.

Multiplayer?!
first find big smokes house then stay on the road and keep going right then you will find a old buildin that kinda looks like the alamo go in there to the middle and you will find a small red icon it has two pleople together then the second player has to push a button and then you will pick your character but you only have like a block to stay together and you cant drive 2 cars but the drive bys are awesome

Repair your car even if on fire!!!!
This cheat not only gives you full health, full armor, and 250,000.00 but if done while driving a car it will fully repair that car.
If done fast enough when you car starts to burn it will keep it from exploding. If the car is flipped over though id start running.
